IAmOnMTV is all about being a fan of MTV and all of the exciting Personalities on MTV.  By posting comments, uploading videos, clicking on the rating icon and interacting with your favorite Personality’s page, you can work your way up to becoming their Biggest Fan.  The site uses an innovative algorithm (that’s Geek Speak for a fancy math problem) to figure out how big of a fan you are based on all of the activities mentioned above.  The Biggest Fan’s are featured front and center on the Personality pages so everyone (other Fans and Personalities) can see you.  Start writing, clicking and uploading to show your favorite MTV Personality how big of a fan you really are!

As the site begins to grow and more and more Fans and Personalities join, you will start to see a lot more about it on MTV.  The Biggest Fans will not only be featured on the homepage of their favorite Personality but will also get a chance to appear on-air.  Right now, we’re in the process of figuring out some really cool and creative new ways to feature our users on television  To really make it count, it is going to take some time so be sure to keep checking in.

Meet your favorite MTV personalities

IAmOnMTV is the only place where you can interact directly with your favorite MTV Personalities.  Use the site to navigate through the shows, find your favorite person that has ever appeared on MTV and sign up to become their Fan.  As a Fan, you will receive updates about their activity on our profile, have the ability to post comments and videos on their page and send them emails directly.  IAmOnMTV is a massive project and, eventually, everyone and anyone that has ever been on the channel will have a page.  This is the real thing!  Every page on this site really belongs to the Personality who uses it - so ask questions, make comments or just check out any videos or picture that they put online.

Have you ever been on MTV?  Have you ever been a contestant on one of our dating shows, been to a taping of TRL or ended up in the background of a show?  If you have ever been on MTV in any shape or form, you can become a Verified MTV Personality and begin to build a fanbase of your own.  Verified MTV Personalities get their own Personality page on IAmOnMTV, become a members of the exclusive MTV alumni and can connect with all of the other Personalities that have been on MTV, too.   Since there are hundreds of thousands of people who have been on MTV since it started, it is going to take a minute to figure out how to keep them all straight so keep watching and check back soon.
